Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping on orders that are over $50 within the continental United States

  • U.S. orders, please allow 3-10 business days after purchase for your item(s) to be processed and shipped to your location

  • International orders, please allow up to 14 days or more as delivery times may vary due to customs regulations

  • CD4R does not ship to international P.O. Box numbers

  • CD4R is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged or delays in shipping or delivery by chosen carrier within the continental U.S., international and U.S. territories. We do not reimburse or compensate. Please contact carrier directly with your tracking information

  • International and Canadian orders, CD4R cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged customs taxes or duties. It is your responsibility to pay for all applicable fees charged by your government. CD4R will not advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country

  • Item(s) must be in its original form, original label(s) & tag(s) attached, unscented, unstained, unwashed & unworn. Let’s keep it real

  • CD4R do not currently offer exchanges or store credits – refunds only

  • Any orders that are placed separately cannot be returned as one. Unfortunately, this will slow down the refund process

  • CD4R, do not accept returns on international purchases and shipping fees are non-refundable. This includes U.S. territories


  • All item(s) are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. We will notify you by e-mail of approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 business days or more excluding holidays and weekends for us to process the refund

  • Items that are on sale are final and will not be refunded or exchanged

  • CD4R do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery

  • If you received an item(s) that is damaged, return shipping cost is on us! Simply e-mail us within 7 days after receiving your purchase along with your order number, picture of the damaged item(s) with description to If your item(s) are returned to us as damaged without prior e-mail notification, it will not be considered for a refund

  • Wrong order…SORRY, return shipping cost is on us! CD4R will gladly send your correct item(s) to you. Simply e-mail us within 7 days after receiving your purchase along with your order number, name of the item you did not receive, name of the item you did receive, a clear photograph of the item(s) you received, including logo

  • A $5.00 charge will be deducted off your total refund if you choose to use a pre-paid return shipping label from our store

  • Unfortunately, CD4R, do not accept returns or give refunds on international purchases and shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Upon receipt of returned items, CD4R reserve the right to deny any refund to sender without prior return approval If merchandise does not meet return policy requirements
